During its participation within the federal government entities’ platform at Gitex Technology Week 2019, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) is showcasing an excellent package of innovative programs comprising 16 smart programs and projects targeting excellent services for customers and strategic partners.
The MOHRE’s projects to be showcased at GITEX have been designed according to the latest technological systems and mobile apps, said Mohammed Bin Saqr Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Assistant Undersecretary for Support Services at MOHRE.
The 16 smart programs and projects are aimed at achieving the MOHRE’s strategic objective of applying the smart government standards to the provision of services according to the world’s best quality standards, round the clock and from anywhere with a view to providing services easily and smoothly, meeting the aspirations of customers and making them happy, he said.
Al Nuaimi explained that the MOHRE’s concerned teams worked hard to make a qualitative change in the provision of services through its smart apps available via mobile phones, adding that this issue is given special attention by the MOHRE as a key pillar of its strategic plan.
As part of the agenda of its participation within the federal government entities’ platform, the MOHRE will showcase some of its programs and projects that are being implemented by its various sectors and organizational units, he said, adding that the MOHRE will also showcase its best practices as well as its experience in the field of developing technological and smart systems with the aim of exploring the visitors’ opinion about these projects.
The MOHRE’s projects to be showcased during GITEX include its ‘Absher’ smart app, which enables Emiratis to get easy access to the exclusive services and offers provided by many entities to the Emiratis working exclusively in the private sector.
The MOHRE will also showcase its ‘Wajehni’ Smart Application for Training and Summer Work, which enables Emirati university and school students to get access to summer field training opportunities in private sector companies. The app is based on the close co-operation of the MOHRE with the Ministry of Education and universities and is aimed at urging private sector companies to provide field training opportunities through promotional incentives calculated for companies. The app is also aimed at urging students to register in the training opportunities offered by these companies and enabling the MOHRE to follow up students during the training period.
The MOHRE is also showcasing a package of inspection-related projects as well as other electronic projects.
