Human Resources & Emiratization showcases Tawasul to Ministry of Education delegation

The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MoHRE) showcased its "Tawasul" system and the services offered at its call center in front of a delegation from the Ministry of Education (MoE), which visited the customer happiness`s center in Al Dhaid area recently.

The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MoHRE) showcased its "Tawasul" system and the services offered at its call center in front of a delegation from the Ministry of Education (MoE), which visited the customer happiness`s center in Al Dhaid area recently.

Ahmed Yousef Al Nasser, Director of Customer Service at MoHRE, briefed the visiting delegation that was headed by Adel Al Marzouqi, Director of customer happiness centers at MoE, about the services offered by the “Tawasul” system, which connects MoHRE with its customers using various channels and innovative mechanisms, in order to meet their needs and expectations, and ensure their happiness.

The system comprises 12 services including communications center, ability to evaluate services offered to customers, loyalty program, in addition to the ability to chat directly with Ministry representatives, as well as the Balance Sheet service, which offers establishment important information and early notifications.

The system also includes the “Tawasul” Platform, electronic notifications, and technical support services, as well as the “80060” social media accounts and hotline.

Al Nasser explained that the 80060 call center utilizes the latest electronic systems and offers its services around the clock in 20 different languages. He highlighted that the hotline is the most used service in the job market, and it receives inquiries and follows up on complaints in less 48 hours.

The Director of Customer Service also commented MoE’s keenness to bolster its partnership with MoHRE in common interest areas, especially those related to communicating with customers and responding to their needs, as well as exchanging expertise and successful experiences. He also expressed his admiration of the level of services MoE provides to its customers.
