The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization (MoHRE) has launched a new service that keeps registered establishments’ owners abreast of latest developments about their companies via monthly reports.

Talking about ‘Balance Sheet’, Ahmed Yousef Al Nasser, Director of Customer Service and CEO of Innovation at MoHRE, said that the launch of the new service came as part of the Ministry’s keenness to find innovative ways to communicate efficiently with its customers, to help meet their aspirations and ensure their happiness.

He added that the latest addition to the Ministry’s ‘Tawasal’ customer outreach program, ensures that business owners are kept abreast of all updates to their records with the Ministry, including stats about their establishment and status of their workers, thus help in ensuring a stable work environment in the country.

The new service is an interactive monthly report sent to companies’ emails registered with the Ministry’s database, explained Al Nasser.

“The report enables business owners to view all their details, including number of employees and their classification, and Wages Protection System (WPS) report, as well as work permits status,” he added.

The report allows business owners to review profiles of authorized signatories and public relations officers (PROs), as well as registered employees’ profile, occupation and permit expiration date. It also displays information about incurred fines, if any.

The monthly status update alerts company officials about work permits that are due to expire within 30 days, along with the names of employees whose permits have already expired less than 60 days ago. This step will help establishments avoid incurring late registration penalties.

WPS reports feature in the ‘Balance Sheet’ allows its recipients to review payments made in the past three months, percentage of wages and outstanding amounts, in addition to the number of employees who have received payments less than mandated wages, and those who didn’t get paid.

 Available in English or Arabic based on user preferences, the report also contains information about the Ministry’s latest services and initiatives, to help business owners be up-to-date with MoHRE’s latest developments.
