  1. Effectively engage in programs and events that aim to enhance Emiratisation, adopt policies that encourage the UAE citizens to work in the private sector, and create a convenient work environment to retain them.
  2. Interview the qualified UAE citizens who match the firms needs.
  3. Provide feedback on the candidates shortlisted for the interviews, and record reasons why they are not offered the jobs.
  4. Provide opportunities for training, qualifying , and employment for UAE citizens.
  5. Adopt policies that encourage the UAE citizens to work with the organization and create a convenient work environment to retain them.
  6. Regularly present dates and information required for the Point System, using the forms approved by the MOHRE.
