The Ministry provides this service to employment agencies that seeking to amend employment Agencies Data/ license details (adding partner, withdrawal of partner, waiver of agency, changing activity, changing trade name, adding activity, changing location)

Service Process

Conditions & Requirements

  1. Must no restrictions on the facilities of the assignee and the new partner, with compliance with the above-mentioned terms and conditions for the service of issuing a new license for a temporary employment agency and outsourcing / mediation

  1. The agency must not have restrictions or fines and shall not be suspended

  1. A valid and complete bank guarantee or insurance scheme.

  1. Federal fees: None
  2. Business Centers commission is capped at 72 dirhams
  3. Except for federal charges, the service is free of charge via MOHRE's website and smart app
  4. *Please note that the fees shown above do not include tax and collection charges.

Required Documents

  1. Adding partner, waiver of agency from the original owner to the new owner

    • Amendment request form of the private employment agency

    • Copies of the passport and Emirates ID of the owner, the new partner, or the legal representative (if any)

    • A copy of the valid commercial license of the legal company and a copy of the passport and Emirates ID, if any, of the legal representative.

    • A valid Police Clearance certificate

    • Acknowledgment of the legal regulations governing agency activities

    • Certificate of Financial Solvency (Bank statement).

    • Licensee’s Property Report issued by the Land Department

  2. Withdrawal of partner, changing activity, changing trade name, adding activity, changing location

    • Amendment request form of the private employment agency

    • Initial approval from the Economic Department to amend the license data.
