Human Resources & Emiratization launched Smart Legal Researcher

The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization has launched its Smart Legal Researcher application, amongst a number of other projects unveiled during the UAE Innovation Month, which coincides in February every year.

The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization has launched its Smart Legal Researcher application, amongst a number of other projects unveiled during the UAE Innovation Month, which coincides in February every year.

The newly released app allows MoHRE legal researchers to remotely examine and approve labor complaints registered with Tawafoq service centers, without having to be physically present on site.

Ahmed Elyassi, Head of the Employment Relations Department at MoHRE, explained that the project was launched as part of the Ministry’s plan to manage its relationship with its customers, and to facilitate services provision using the latest smart systems, around the clock. Thus, saving customers time and effort.

He added that the new system utilizes artificial intelligence technology to classify and review incoming applications, and retrieve data, which significantly reduces processing time.

Elyassi added that the new project will help create a comprehensive electronic system that ensures that its services key performance indicators are met, and it will also enable the department to electronically audit cases to ensure that the labor law and Ministry’s decision are enforced.
