Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation signs MoU with Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government for cooperation in polices and research

: The Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation today (November 4, 2018) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government to promote the exchange of experts, prepare specialised training programmes and execute related studies and research enterprises.

The MoU was signed at the Ministry’s premises in Dubai by Noora Mohamed Al Marzooqi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation – Assistant for the Policies and Strategies Affairs, and HE Dr. Ali Sabaa Al Mari, Executive Chairman of Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government.

Noora Al Marzooqi stated that the MoU falls within the framework of the Ministry’s keenness in strengthening institutional partnerships and integration with governmental and private bodies to adhere to the UAE 2021 Vision.

She also confirmed that the MoU will support the Ministry’s plans and programmes which are aimed at developing and enriching human resources in various organisations.

Noora Al Marzooqi explained that the MoU enhances the cooperation between the two parties in the field of preparing specialised programmes which are required for preparation of business market policies, in addition to exchanging trainers and experts who are qualified in rendering training programmes and also executing studies and research enterprises.

She added that in accordance with the MoU, the Ministry will add Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government to the list of bodies approved by it.  

Commenting on the new MoU, HE Dr. Ali Sabaa Al Mari, Executive Chairman of Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government said: “We constantly seek deepening of our cooperation with various government departments, and which are keen in transferring the government experience and knowledge to the national efficiencies, and promoting the same towards new horizons of excellence.”

Dr. Al Mari added: “The MoU with the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation constitutes an essential step on the road to developing the national human abilities, and providing it with the necessary tools and knowledge which enable it to leave a positive footprint in both the fields of government and private business.

“The MoU calls for cooperation in the fields of publishing research and studies, rendering technical consultations and authenticating best experiments, practices and services in the fields of common interest between the two parties,” he added.

Dr. Al Mari concluded: “The MoU will also support professional and knowledge exchange operations between the two parties, and shall organise interactive meetings, workshops, conferences, seminars and conferences, in addition to cooperation in the fields of consultation and research services.”
