Emiratisation is undergoing a strategic transformation: Al Hamli

The support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may Allah preserve him, to Emiratisation based on a keen national vision is helping this issue enter a new phase and is bringing about a strategic transformation where the roles of all federal and local entities and the private sector will integrate with a view to qualifying, training, employing and empowering the national human resources while preparing highly qualified staff and bolstering their participation in economic sectors, particularly those of high added value, HE Nasser Bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, said.

Al Hamli valued the UAE Cabinet’s decision to form a New Season Follow-up Committee under the chairmanship of His Highness Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, which led to a package of Emiratisation decisions that would have the greatest effect on achieving the Emiratisation goals, making the private sector more attractive and motivating it to recruit and empower Emiratis and develop their capabilities and skills.

“The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will spare no effort to immediately implement the package of Emiratisation decisions in the best way in co-operation with its strategic partners in line with the aspirations and directives of the wise leadership, the great confidence placed in us and the national responsibility assigned to all authorities concerned”, Al Hamli said.
