MoHRE achieves ISO certification in innovation management

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, MoHRE, has obtained the ISO certificate in the field of innovation management by the global company (Lloyd's Register), in recognition of the ministry's implementation of an integrated system for institutional innovation aimed at improving work mechanisms and creating an effective and continuous development in the quality of services provided to customers and employees.

Ayoub Al Marzouqi, Chief Innovation Officer at MoHRE, said that receiving the ISO certification in innovation is driven by our keenness to promote innovative practices in line with the relevant UAE vision.

He stressed that MoHRE applies innovative practices through a set of innovative legislation, services, and processes that contribute to supporting the stability of the labor market and elevating customer happiness, as well as contributing to the country's competitiveness in the Global Innovation Index.

Al Marzouqi pointed out that MoHRE adopts a set of internationally approved standards and controls for the Innovation Management System (56002:2019), to consolidate the ministry's position in the field of excellence and innovation and to promote an environment attractive to innovative ideas, contributing to the development and improvement of the services provided according to the latest relevant international quality and excellence systems.

The British "Lloyd's Register" group of companies, an international institution specialized in evaluating, issuing, and certifying certificates according to the international "ISO" standards, was established 250 years ago and has 245 branches in over 75 countries worldwide.
