UAE, Thailand explore enhancing cooperation

Dr Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, discussed ways to improve cooperation between their countries in the field of labour with Thai Labour Minister Suchart Chomklin.

During the meeting, which was held at the ministry's headquarters in Dubai, both sides stressed their will to advance their cooperation to promote the contribution of Thai workers in the UAE labour market, meet the demands of the private sector and serve the interests of both countries.

The meeting was attended by Saif Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation for Human Resources Affairs, Waravuth Pouapinya, Ambassador of Thailand to the UAE, and a number of officials from both sides.
