22 Companies Offers 535 Jobs in an Open Day for Recruiting Nationals in Al Dhafra Region Next Tuesday

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) will organize an open day on Tuesday, June 25th, to recruit the Emirati men and women seeking jobs in Al Dhafra region, Abu Dhabi Emirate, as part of the Emiratisation Acceleration Initiative in the Dhafra region, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to create at least 10,000 jobs for citizens in the private and government sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) will organize an open day on Tuesday, June 25th, to recruit the Emirati men and women seeking jobs in Al Dhafra region, Abu Dhabi Emirate, as part of the Emiratisation Acceleration Initiative in the Dhafra region, following the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to create at least 10,000 jobs for citizens in the private and government sectors in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The initiative, sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra, aims to employ 1000 citizens and citizens.

Farida Al Ali, Assistant Undersecretary of Human Resources and Emiratisation, stated that about 22 companies operating in different economic sectors will provide more than 535 job opportunities during the open day at Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), from 10 am to 4 pm.

She stressed that the job seeker should bring the original ID and CV to participate in the open day as the recruitment officials of the participating companies will conduct direct job interviews with the job seekers, which will enhance their access to jobs offered by companies by receiving job offers or concluding contracts on the spot

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation runs the open recruitment days it organizes with its partners in the public and private sectors through 4 stages, which include registering the job seekers upon arriving at the place where the open day is held through a smart system that allows the job seekers 3 job opportunities from the vacancies offered. The next stage is the vocational guidance stage that is aimed at educating the job seeker about the importance of the target sector and the jobs offered and ensuring readiness for the job interview. The following stage is preparing the job seeker for the job interview, which is the final stage.
