Al Hamli Witnesses nationals’ signing of employment contract in service centers sector

That came during his visit to the two open recruitment days which is concluded today (Wednesday) in Dubai. It was organized by the ministry in cooperation with 22 service centers, which offered 500 job vacancies under “speeding up qualitative Emiratisation challenge” in the third stage initiatives of government accelerators. It aims at offering 1000 job opportunities in all targeted sectors, which includes: aviation, transportation, property development, and service centers.

During the visit which came in the events that was organized by the ministry to celebrate International Day of Happiness, H.H. Met with job seekers nationals who participated in the two open recruitment days. He stressed that the ministry is seeking to achieve the happiness of nationals by getting the jobs that meet their aspirations.

Al Hamli called the job seekers who signed the contracts to demonstrate their proficiency in their jobs and performing their jobs as required, especially the service centers offer attractive and stable work environment and stimulate job competition.

Al Hamli, also, asked nationals who did not get jobs during their participation in the two open recruitment days to participate in the coming open days. It will be organized by the ministry in the coming period with its partners from local and federal governmental and private bodies and free zones which organize the work of the companies in the targeted economic sectors in speeding up qualitative Emiratisation challenge and these companies offer many attractive job opportunities.
Al Hamli stressed that the ministry is keen on enhancing job opportunities by involving them in vocational guidance and training, which would help in make them ready to join the available jobs.

The job seekers who attend the open recruitment days, organized by the ministry and its partners, go through 4 fundamental phases, including registering job seekers upon their arrival to the location of the open day through a smart system allow every job seeker to select 3 job opportunities of available job vacancies. Then, vocational guidance stage that targets awareness-raising for job seekers regarding the importance of the sectors and available vacancies and make sure that they are ready to the interview, which is an optional stage. After that, they have the phase of interviews.
