Al Hemli Honors ICT Companies with the Best Response to the Speeding up Emiratisation Challenge

HE Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, honored the most response institutions and companies to the speeding up emiratisation challenge during the past 100 days in the ICT sectors, which is one of the targeted sectors in the third stage of Government Accelerators. Other sectors include: aviation, transportation, real estate development, and service centers.

HE Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, honored the most response institutions and companies to the speeding up emiratisation challenge during the past 100 days in the ICT sectors, which is one of the targeted sectors in the third stage of Government Accelerators. Other sectors include: aviation, transportation, real estate development, and service centers.

 

During a speech at the award ceremony held recently at the Government Accelerators headquarters, HE Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation appreciated the responsiveness shown by the awarded institutions and companies in offering job vacancies, recruitment, and holding interviews for jobseekers who participated in the open recruitment days, organized by MOHRE in cooperation with its partners according to the work schedule which includes organizing open recruitment days to attract jobseekers to work at stakeholder companies.

 

"The strong presence of native jobseekers at open recruitment days proves their great effort to find work, which can be a great challenge for us that require putting great care into helping these young men and women meet aspirations of these youths," said Al Hamli.

 

"The directions of our wise leaders and aspirations of Emirati jobseekers makes it necessary for us in the federal and local government, free zones which organize the work in the targeted sectors, and companies working in these sectors, to intensify our efforts and increase our partnership plans that would help us offer suitable jobs to Emirati citizens; especially in the 100-day stage which is the basis that we can build on to develop sector emiratisation as a part of tour efforts to realize the UAE Vision 2021."

"In light of its strategic partnerships with stakeholders, the Ministry, now handles emiratisation in a much more comprehensive manner by implementing a number of programs and policies designed in light of the current and future challenges," he added.

The honored companies included: Etisalat, Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (du), Juma Al Majid Group, Oracle, and Lulu Hypermarket.

The Ministry is scheduled to honor most responsive companies in other targeted sectors in speeding up emiratisation challenge, soon.
