Human Resources and Emiratisation" showcases its smart systems at GITEX 2021

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation will showcase a package of its advanced programs and systems, including the Ministry's "Smart Communication" system and Smart App, during its participation in "GITEX Technology 2021" within the Federal Government's stand from October 17 to 21.

The Ministry confirmed that its participation in the GITEX Technology Exhibition is part of its strategy to promote the use of smart applications and advanced technologies in line with the UAE government's focus on the future and the implementation of the goals of the next fifty years, which include building a knowledge economy based on innovation, creativity and modern science and technology.

Visitors to the Ministry's stand at the exhibition will be able to view the 'smart communication' system, which is the first of its kind at the government level, as it is designed to allow Ministry employees to choose the work environment they prefer for their tasks by using the latest modern technologies.

Since its launch in 2017, the smart communication system has achieved great results as employee productivity has increased by up to 90% while costs have decreased by 47%. It has also helped to increase team satisfaction and quality of life by 95%, which is reflected in the achievement of the highest quality and excellent customer services.

Visitors to the Ministry's stand can also learn about the smart app, which is designed to be the main portal for delivering the Ministry's smart services to customers.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry's smart application has won the Best Government Mobile Awards three times for its exceptional and innovative experience.

The application provides employers, employees, domestic workers and families, as well as government partners and investors, with over 100 innovative smart features and services that are available 24/7 and offer the highest level of reliability.

Since its launch, the application has helped strengthen businesses, improve labor market stability and support the nation's economy.
