The Ministry’s leading government services have become a key pillar in its sustainable journey towards the future, cementing its role as a global pioneer in labour market-related fields, and paving the way for achieving the ‘We the UAE 2031’ vision, which aims to establish the world’s most prosperous, fastest-growing society.

Statistics compiled by MoHRE indicate a growing customer demand for its smart services, underscoring their efficiency, reliability, and ability to meet the labour market’s evolving needs in light of the UAE’s remarkable economic growth. This, in turn, aligns with the Ministry’s dedication to launching proactive services directly inspired by customers’ needs.

The Ministry’s efforts in developing and expanding smart services present an exemplary model for its sustainable journey towards the future by leading continuous development plans and programmes, integrating artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities into all stages of operations, and launching AI-based initiatives and projects to support contemporary business models and ensure advanced accuracy and reliability in accomplishing tasks. To achieve these objectives, MoHRE relies on highly qualified human resources and professionals capable of using modern technology efficiently and effectively.

Furthermore, the Ministry’s accomplishments serve a number of objectives, from advancing the implementation of the UAE’s ambitious plans and strategies, to meeting the Zero Government Bureaucracy programme’s requirements, providing pioneering and competitive government services, fulfilling the government’s ambitions to be a leader in digital transformation, and helping achieve the goals of the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence.

These advancements also support the government’s strategic goals regarding the Ministry’s role in establishing the world’s most prosperous society, a leading global hub for the new economy and the world’s most sophisticated and advanced ecosystem. MoHRE strives to achieve these ambitious objectives by championing innovation and entrepreneurship, and driving integration within the smart ecosystem.

Notably, MoHRE’s smart services system meets customers’ highest security and reliability requirements, offering speed, efficiency, and ease of use. The highly competitive system satisfies all business requirements, while ensuring customer happiness and satisfaction with the Ministry’s services, promoting compliance in the labour market, and enabling punctuality by processing and completing transactions within their specified timeframes.

With its wide array of options and advanced levels of efficiency and excellence, the Ministry’s digital smart system cements the UAE’s status as a leader in government services, strengthening its position at the forefront of the digital economy and innovation-based knowledge economy, thus enhancing its reputation as the best place to live, work, and invest in the world.

The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation continues to enhance its digital and smart services systems as part of a broader vision to advance the labour market’s competitiveness, flexibility, attractiveness to talent, and position as a global innovation hub.
