The Executive Team for Happiness and Wellbeing at the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) organised 35 diverse initiatives during the first half of this year, achieving a satisfaction rate of 91.3% among employees, in line the team’s commitment to fostering a positive work environment and achieving the highest levels of job satisfaction.
These initiatives aim to improve the quality of work life by promoting a healthy work-life balance and supporting mental health and well-being in the workplace, in collaboration with various organisational units within the Ministry.
Some of the initiatives included the renewal of the Esaad card, special offers and discounts at recreational destinations, Ramadan raffles, Eid festivities, and other events and activities that have received significant engagement from employees.
The team continues its efforts to enhance institutional happiness with the support of the Ministry’s leadership and active participation from its staff.
