It is an instant interactive communication channel, in line with modern technologies and accessible to everyone, that helps customers receive immediate responses to their queries, and allows employers, employees, domestic workers, and others to communicate directly with the Ministry round the clock. It also helps introduce customers to the main procedures, submission channels, and documents required to complete the service, pay fees, etc. Users can also explore laws, executive regulations, and ministerial decisions regulating the labour market.

The Ministry seeks to engage customers in developing communication channels to enhance customer happiness and maintain a relationship with them.

Expected Decisions for implementation:

Continued diversity in the channels launched by the MoHRE to explore customers' needs, enquiries, and views on the procedures, channels, and systems for availing the Ministry's. The objective is to strengthen MoHRE's Customer Relations Management system and ensure happiness and quality of life for all customers in the UAE
