Supporting and empowering national competencies

The UAE is moving forward with a confident plan for the future, according to the visions set by our wise leadership. It relies on investment in human resources and preparing leaders and young national competencies, as the nation's wealth and main pillar in comprehensive and sustainable development.

To achieve this, the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation works in cooperation and coordination with its partners to implement a set of Emiratisation decisions issued by the Cabinet aimed at providing job opportunities for citizens, qualifying and training them to empower them in the labor market and lead its economic sectors. This would support citizens to take part effectively in the plans and the strategies aimed at enhancing the country's competitiveness in the short, medium, and long term, and achieving the goals of the next 50 years.

Integrating roles between the federal and local government sectors and the private sector is essential, thus unifying all national efforts to achieve the objectives of Emiratisation, especially to prepare competencies and young leaders. Without a partnership between all concerned parties and keenness to develop this partnership continuously, we cannot translate the directives and visions of the wise leadership and meet the aspirations of the nation's youth.

Looking at young national examples that have achieved remarkable excellence and great successes in their work affirms our confidence in the ability of our youth to excel and give limitlessly, especially considering the training and empowerment programs we have. The Ministry, in cooperation with its partners, continues to implement these programs that will prepare and support competencies and qualify citizens according to the requirements and needs of labor market jobs, especially future ones.
