• Objective and subject: The smart Self-Guidance System has been developed to enable users to access awareness services related to laws, policies, and regulations governing the labour market through smart channels, supporting the digital transformation of government services. It also provides multiple channels for accessing the service through the user's preferred channel. The system allows users to log in using their digital identity without the need to enter any additional data and to select their preferred language from 16 available languages (the common languages in the UAE labour market). The system has contributed to providing accurate data on the workers who have received awareness training, thereby enhancing the overall awareness of the UAE workforce and facilitating their access to awareness programmes at their preferred time and place. • Expected Decisions for implementation: Adding more languages based on the needs of the users and developing the channel for accessing self-guidance.
