About the Awards

MOHRE Mobile Apps Awards are an annual award that aims to motivate and encourage MOHRE staff, customers and partners to deliver innovative ideas and solutions in the field of mobile apps and phones to ensure that government services are attained round-the-clock through simple, streamlined procedures with high efficiency and transparency as to meet needs that go beyond customers' expectations.

The Awards consist of four main categories, namely employees (individual and group), customers (staff and companies), university, college and institute students (individual and group), and special honoring categories.

The Awards' ideas cover the following fields: smart phone applications including iOS, Android, BlackBerry OS and Windows), development of the government services on MOHRE website, SMS development ideals (generated from the dealing with mobile applications) and suggestions for development of new services for mobile apps related to MOHRE field.

Awards Periodicity

MOHRE Mobile Apps Awards are an annual award and winners are announced in the Annual GITEX Exhibition. Ideas are received from August to end of September 2017.
